  1. This is an Agreement with the person who has signed up to InstaStaff Rewards “You” and “Us/We” and by joining InstaStaff Rewards you are entitled to access a number of rewards and benefits in relation to your Physical, Mental and Financial Wellbeing.
  2. By signing up to InstaStaff Rewards you are agreeing to and accepting our terms and conditions.
  3. If you have any questions in relation to your InstaStaff Rewards account, please contact us by email on [email protected]. Please quote your Membership ID when contacting us.
  4. InstaStaff Rewards is owned and managed by My Wellness Rewards Limited, company number , whose registered address is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ.
  5. Some of the rewards and benefits are provided by our Partner Service Providers "PSPs" and by signing up to InstaStaff Rewards, you are agreeing to their terms and conditions, which can be found in the InstaStaff Rewards portal.
  6. You agree that we are not liable or responsible for these benefits, provided by our PSPs and if you have any claims relating to their service, you will claim direct against the Partner Service Provider.
  7. When accessing the GP or Counselling service, please have your InstaStaff Rewards account number to hand, as you will be required to confirm that to access the service.
  8. The GP and Counselling services comprise fully qualified practitioners and you agree that we are not liable for the advice you are given.
  9. We reserve the right to add or remove rewards and benefits or change PSPs.
  10. Full terms and conditions for each reward and benefit is shown on the InstaStaff Rewards portal.
  11. You must inform us if your Password and Account Number has been lost, breached or compromised so we can set up another for you.
  12. Your InstaStaff Rewards account will be active as long as your payments are up to date. We reserve the right to withdraw the benefits and make your account inactive, if payment is not made.
  13. The site may contain links to other third party sites and we are not liable or responsible for these websites.
  14. We may update the terms of your InstaStaff Rewards account, so please check this page regularly to see any changes.
  15. These terms, along with our Privacy and Cookies policy, form the entire Agreement between you and us.
  16. These terms are governed by English law and we agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
